Eating In // Brie and Prosciutto Panini
The Goods:
Makes 1 sandwich
- rustic bread- we used rosemary and olive oil loaf
- 2 oz brie cheese
- 2 slices prosciutto
- honey mustard-store bought or homemade
- 1 tbls butter
Directions:
- Layer all of the ingredients onto the bread slices. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the pan and then place another pan on top and weight it with the heaviest cans in your pantry. You could also simply use a panini press for simplicity's sake. Grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
