Beating the Winter Blues // The Best Hot Cocoa
Winter means less sun and less time outdoors. On the other hand, it also means cozy times by the fire and hot chocolate. Luckily, hot chocolate is so easy to make from scratch.
The goods:
1 serving
- 2 tbls. of cocoa powder
- 2 tbls. of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Put all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Warm it over medium heat until it just starts to steam. About 150 degrees. Serve with marshmallows or, better yet, dollop a spoonful of marshmallow fluff like we did.
And there you have it: The Best Hot Cocoa.
