New Years Treat: Rosemary Almonds
These almonds are always such a hit at parties. They make the perfect easy snack for your next soiree.
The Goods:
Serves 10-12
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Pour the almonds onto a baking sheet and toss with the butter, rosemary, cayenne, and salt and pepper.
- Roast for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
